Maintain a volunteer friendly atmosphere and be responsive to their needs.

Build a competent and diverse staff and surround myself with a great team that works at their greatest potential.

Help create an organization and committee structure, with job descriptions, meeting schedules, timelines and strategic objectives. Committees and staff will have measurable objectives to achieve goals.

Raise operating, capital and endowment dollars to support programs.

Seek input from volunteers and staff to improve the efficiency of the organization.
