Career Highlights

Prepared for the Grand Canyon Council

Leadership experience in five large councils and the national council has resulted in the capability to manage resources to meet the needs of highly diverse communities, including a challenging council assignment as a Scout Executive for the Southern Sierra Council in Bakersfield, California. Every success achieved was with passionate volunteer development, effective staff management, and enthusiastic leadership.

As you review these highlights, designed to showcase the experiences and accomplishments of the volunteer teams I had the privilege to serve, I hope you will agree that I have the capability to build upon the successes of the Grand Canyon Council and achieve the GCC 3.0 vision and beyond.
